Privacy comes first, by default. Identity documents, medical files, detailed addresses, private phone numbers, guardian and emergency contacts, and internal review notes are private by default. They are visible only to the staff who review your request — never on public pages.

What we collect: account details (name, email), profile information you choose to add, donation records and transfer slips, messages sent through the platform, help-request applications, and basic technical logs (IP address on security-relevant actions).

What appears publicly: only content approved by staff — published cases, case updates and progress totals. A beneficiary's real name, exact location or photo appears only with recorded consent, and stories are anonymized when consent is not given.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is used for verification, donation coordination, safeguarding and follow-up, as described in the Data Consent Form. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; legal and accounting records (verified donations) are retained as required.

Cookies: the platform uses a session cookie (sign-in) and a language-preference cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
