This platform is a public-benefit information and connection service. It links verified humanitarian needs — published by partner organizations — with donors, volunteers and community resources. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

You must provide truthful information. Cases, donations, volunteer applications and help requests are all reviewed by staff, and review decisions (including edits, holds and removals) are final. Misrepresenting a need, a donation or an identity is grounds for immediate suspension.

Respect vulnerable communities. Content that harasses applicants, exposes private information, promotes political incitement or makes unsupported claims will be removed under our Community Guidelines.

The platform records donation pledges and verifies transfer slips manually; it does not process card payments and never asks for your banking password. Donations are voluntary gifts to the receiving organization and are not investments or purchases.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Significant changes will be announced through platform messages. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
